This is a large format soft copy book published in the Netherlands with reproductions of maps of Dutch towns and cities dating from 1574.

A Dutch-language publication, but the book simply reproduces the maps and there is very little text. Some of the text reproduced with the maps is in Latin.

A very attractive publication. The maps inside the book run across two pages followed by blank pages.

Pictorial card covers with attractive illustration to front and blank to rear but for the publisher logo. Covers are quite good, but there are a few prominent scuff marks at the foot of the rear cover where something seems to have adhered to the cover and has been removed, taking with it the top layer of the card. Rubbed with some edge wear - light scuffs and bumps - nothing major.

Internally the pages look good, clean and tight.

Not paginated, but is quite a substantial volume.

A large-format book measuring approx. 15 x 10 ins.
