The sleeve for some reason has been interfered with and a plain sleeves has been sellotaped to it. There is tape all around the edges on the sides - its a bit tarnished esp at the top around the mouth esp on the back. There are some pictures to give you and idea

Sorry about increased postage it will include PO trips, materials if i cant recycle, Ebay now charge 14% fees on item price and postage, VAT plus a service charge on each item, PP also take 8% on everything, so I am recouping some of that in the P&P else its not worth me selling cheap items as Id end up with pennies.
