The doTerra Introductoy kit contains three useful pure essential oils that can be used in diffusers, skin and body products, candle and soap making, potpourri, air fresheners, household and personal care products. The oils are aromatherapy, therapeutic and food grade.

Lavender has a light power floral aroma. Lavender can be diluted or used full strength depending on skin sensitivity or added to carrier oils. Lavender can be added to skin and body care, household products, air fresheners, diffusers, added to bath water, used on blue bottle stings. Lavender is calming and helps relieve tension useful to promote sleep.

Lavender can be added to food, beverages and confectionery. Lavender helps to improve skin appearance.

Lemon essential oil has a fresh citrus aroma. Lemon can be used in skin and body products, household cleanses, air fresheners, soap and candle making and for food and beverages.

Lemon is a natural cleanser with an uplifting refreshing aroma. Lemon has astringent qualities. 

Peppermint has a cool, minty aroma. Peppermint is beneficial in skin and body care, hair products, diffusers, air fresheners, dental care, food, beverage and confectionery use. Peppermint helps to relieve tension and aids digestion. 

USE

Diffuser - Add 2 to 5 drops in a diffuser.

Topical - Add 1 to 2 drops in skin, body or hair care per 120 mls of liquid.

Food - Add 1 drop per 120 mls of liquid.

CAUTIONS

Please test on small patch of skin for possible skin sensitivity. Can dilute in a carrier oil such as almond or coconut to reduce strength. Please keep away for children. Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, ill or under medical care before use. For lemon essential applied to face or body please keep out of sun for 12 hours due to possible skin sensitivity.
