Description

Fixer is fast acting treatment, contains several active ingredients derived from natural sources for successful removal of calluses and warts.
Glycolic acid (AHA) derived from sugarcane guarantees deep penetration of other ingredients and fast shedding of the callus. Derived from willow bark extract, salicylic acid (BHA) provides anti-inflammatory and antiseptic action, to shield delicate new skin under the callus. Thyme oil and undecylenic acid derived from castor beans, have antifungal and antiseptic properties, minimize redness and irritation, supporting skin regeneration and healing process.

HOW TO USE:
Wash the area to be treated with Clearance Treatment Soap and dry thoroughly. Apply the gel directly on the callus/wart area only. Repeat once a day for a maximum period of 10 days.

Returns & Returns

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not, please follow the following instructions for returning items.
Please check your purchase fully on receipt. Transit damage or any mistake must be reported within 5 days of delivery. If you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us within 30 days in writing by email.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resale able condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Permoon Ltd retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resale able.

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. If returning your purchase by mail we recommend that you get proof of postage. You must include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process a refund without these. Once received the items will be checked and a refund issued within a week.
Items returned must arrive in perfect condition including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item if the above conditions have not been met. Please email our customer service team to arrange this.
If your purchase is misdescribed, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replacement. We will require you to return the item.

Shipping

Standard Delivery: deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, please allow up to 3-4 working days for delivery before chasing up your order, for next day orders we use a Royal Mail 24h Tracked service. We label our standard delivery as a 'up to 3-4 days' option, but in most cases they will arrive quicker than that. Orders made after 3pm are dispatched on the next working day.

Useful Information:

If you are out when Royal Mail attempt delivery on the first attempt they will leave a card and contact number for you to collect your goods or in some cases re-arrange delivery. If the parcel is not collected or delivered after a period of 7 days the package will be returned to us.
