This was purchased from an estate sale in Southern California. The woman said her grandmother received this as a wedding gift and actually wore it on occasion years ago while hosting parties. It has been stored away as her grandmother did not want anyone to ruin it. The label states: "Specially Hand Made and Fashioned by Mae Kramer". You can see the hand stitching on the garment and the label. There is an under layer of organza with the poodles and another that overlaps the first layer.

In very good condition. No damages, stains, or tears. Minor wear to the poodle appliques and the velvet ties. There are some areas where the velvet has minor wear spots.
