Handmade Alaskan Eskimo Mask

There are two labels on the back.

Label #1:

My name is Elsie (handwritten name)

I am an Eskimo from Alaska. My parka is reindeer from Teller Alaska.

Label #2:

By S. Bradley Temple

Handmade in Alaska

The mask is 7" wide x 8" high (with hair). Not including hair, about 4.5" x 6".

There is a metal loop to go over a nail or peg. The diameter of the hole is about 3/8".

The material it's made out of is unknown to me, but it's fairly heavy. I'm guessing clay or painted ceramic. The weight of the mask is 1 pound 4 ounces.
