Vinyl LP is Near EX to EX just ultra light / very thin hairlines only, 

looks great & plays beautifully

SLEEVE:  Near MINT to MINT

Sleeve is Near MINT to MINT & is still in the shrink wrap has just been opened at the side, 

perfect corners & no creases at all, no tears to the shrink wrap
