To proceed with Warranty / Change of Mind (COM) claims, please read through the T&Cs below.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:
- 1. All returned goods must not be physically damaged or tampered with.Warranty is void otherwise.
- 2. Customer is fully responsible for secured and proper packaging of the returned goods. Seller is not liable for any losses or damages occurred during transit.
- 3. Returned goods are not accepted without a completed RA Form (Online) & RMA number.
- 4. Detailed fault / reason for COM of the returned goods must be clearly stated on the RA Form.Failure to do so will cause delay in the warranty process.
- 5. A RMA number issued does not equate for credit refunds, replacement, or repairs.
- 6. Purchase invoice must be attached with the returned goods.
- 7. DOA Claims must be accompanied with purchase invoice, and reported within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Important Note:
Returned Goods Found Not Faulty:
- Customer pays return postage.
- Return postage have to be paid in full before item is returned.
Change of Mind Terms & Conditions:
(All Warranty T&Cs stated above apply), plus:
- Buyer pays the return postage
- For Full Refund, returned item must be in its original unopened condition with seal unbroken.
- For opened / used goods, 10-50% of invoiced price will be deducted based on the item's condition.

Shipping

- All items are dispatched from our warehouses from Victoria.
- We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after your full payment is made.
- Under normal circumstances, delivery will take between 3 to 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Regional/Remote areas will require longer delivery time.
- We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.
- Shipping fees include postage and handling fees. If you have selected registered post, tracking numbers will be provided via eBay when your order is dispatched.
- We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia.
- We regret that we do not deliver to Parcel Lockers.
- Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
- If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund.
- Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.
- Orders below $20 value would be dispatched with standard delivery, and does not contain delivery tracking.
