Description: WormX Plus is a canine dewormer for the treatment and control of roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms in dogs and puppies 12 weeks of age and older. Contains the active ingredients pyrantel pamoate and praziquantel. Do not give to puppies under 12 weeks of age or 6 lbs. Chewable tablets. No prescription necessary for purchase. Supplied as a 2 count or 6 count pack, for puppies and small dogs (6-25 lbs) or large dogs (over 25 lbs).

Directions: 

For puppies and dogs weighing 6-12 lbs give 1 tablet.

13-25 lbs give 2 tablets. 

For large dogs weighing 25-50 lbs give 1 tablet, 

give 1 additional tablet for each 50 lbs. body weight.

Storage: Store at controlled room temperature 25°C (77°F)
