The Multi 32 is an elegant piece of furniture that is characterized by its contemporary craftsmanship and striking frontal design. The doors are finished in a light oak décor with glossy stripes of wood contrasting the wardrobe’s classy elements. One of the sides is equipped with a tall mirror that serves as a dressing support. The inner structure of the wardrobe is symmetrical with two identical sections, each with six large compartments and one hanging section.

While our team processes your order, please read the following information carefully, as it will provide more information regarding the order process and our products!


Please note that as per the product description, our furniture is brand new and packed in its original packaging. It is delivered flat packed for self-assembly. The manufacturers currently only provide pictorial instructions - there are no written instructions. If you wish to see the manual before purchasing, please contact us, and we will send it to you.


SCHEDULING DELIVERY


Our deliveries start from 06:00 and finish around 20:00 - depending on your area, with goods delivered seven days per week. Once your delivery has been scheduled, our team will reach out to you to confirm your order's exact delivery date and time slot - this is typically 72 hours before delivery! 


Should the provided time slot or date be unsuitable, please get in touch with us, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs! Once you agree to accept the delivery and for any reason you are not present at the delivery address, we reserve the right to apply a re-delivery charge of £40.00.


Please Note: Deliveries to Central London are typically between 06:00 - 08:00! 


It is the buyer's responsibility to make easy access for delivery, i.e. leave appropriate instructions if the property is gated and has a concierge. 


Our delivery is to the ground floor only, and we will be unable to carry the upstairs unless there is a suitable and accessible lift and items will fit inside it. 


You can book an additional service if you wish to have it delivered to your property if you live in the basement flat or if the ground floor of your property is located on the 1st floor and above (multi-storey building). This is subject to a £20 charge (basement flat, 1st and 2nd floor) or £40 (3rd and 4th floor).


Please Be Aware: Mainland UK Delivery Only. Delivery to AB, DD, IV, HS, KW, PA, PH, PL, TR is Unavailable.


Our delivery crew is unaccompanied and cannot move or take away any of the buyer's personal belongings to arrange space. Please be advised that our delivery team must always wear protective shoes within your premises. On wet rainy days, it is advisable to have a carpet cover made available for our staff to wipe their boots upon before entering your premises.


If a package or a piece of furniture is damaged, please get in touch with us, and you will get a replacement as soon as possible. This right is not extinguished if you have erected the furniture. In the unlikely event of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, we will rectify the error by sending replacement goods or parts.


RETURNS


Distance Selling Regulations only apply to your order if the goods have not been custom-made to your specification or if you have not examined the product in our showroom. 


If the Distance Selling Regulations apply, you can cancel your furniture by notifying us in writing before delivery or within 30 days beginning with the day after delivery.


Should a customer wish to return the goods, it is the customer's responsibility to take good care of the furniture. Once delivery has taken place, the customer is the furniture owner and is liable for any loss or damage.


The customer must return goods in original packaging, and it is the buyer's responsibility to return the items to our central warehouse in good condition. Please note that we are currently unable to offer a collection service.


Failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you. To minimise the risk of any such claim, we ask that you return the goods in appropriate packaging to prevent damage in transit. The refund will be actioned once the goods have been inspected for damages and missing pieces. 


As we cannot take responsibility for the assembly service, damages must be reported before the assembly process occurs, and items which have been partially or fully assembled will be unable to be returned for a full refund.
