This AUTOGRAPHED Picture of Kirby Puckett has always been inside the plastic sleeve, I only took it out Take Photos.
The picture itself is in excellent condition for the year it is from.
It has Certificate of Guarantee by SPORT CARD HEAVEN, INC.
The store has been closed now and was located in Orange, Connecticut.
The rigid  and flexible plastic Sleeve where the picture is housed, has come off the Plaque itself,  It was only held with Silicone Glue and could be easily reglued i just dont want to do it.
