This listing is for a vintage Brilhart mouthpiece for Bb soprano clarinet. It is a Carlsbad, CA era Brilhart, with the serial number 183879 on the side in small font. This is an Ebolin (black plastic) version of the standard model. It is stamped 3* on top. The tip opening measures .047". 

This mouthpiece is in very good, and original, condition. The tip, table, and rails are perfectly smooth. The horizontal mill markings clearly visible all the way up to the tip. There are no tooth indentations on the bite plate. The cork is in good condition, but might need to be replaced or adjusted for proper fit on your instrument. This mouthpiece has been cleaned and sanitized.
