Product name: UV light curing solder resist oil/air-drying green oil circuit board protective paint insulation protective agent
Product categories: Chip-level repair tools, motherboard repair tools, anti-static purification tools/welding auxiliary tools
Capacity: 10cc

Function: After a certain part of the component is welded, it plays the role of insulation protection.
Liquid photo-induced solder resist (commonly known as green oil) is a protective layer that is coated on the circuit and substrate of the printed circuit board that do not need to be soldered. The purpose is to protect the formed line graphics for a long time, and its significant functions are as follows:
(1) Prevent physical disconnection of conductor circuits;
(2) In the welding process, prevent short circuit caused by bridging;
(3) Solder only the parts that must be welded to avoid waste of solder;
(4) Reduce copper pollution in the butt welding tank;
(5) Prevent insulation deterioration and corrosion caused by external environmental factors such as dust and moisture;
(6) It has high insulation, which makes it possible to increase the density of the circuit.
1) Prepare tools (brush)
Material (coating color available upon request)
2). Squeeze out a little UV curing oil onto the brush.
3) Apply evenly on the PCB circuit board
It has the functions of anti-soldering, guard plate, insulation, etc.
Prevents physical disconnection of conductor circuits
4) Irradiate with UV light for a few seconds to tens of seconds, shake the PCB board and observe that the ink is not flowing, then it is OK
For plate making, it is necessary to use tools such as developing powder
