You are looking at an Authentic HERMES bow tie , I have used it as a decoration for my Hermes Birkin bag.

Please see the last picture on how I have used it, the Birkin bag is NOT included. I have only used it as an illustration on how the bow tie was used.

Looks like new. I only display the Birkin bag in my closet so the bow tie was put on there as a decoration.
