Photographer and provenance are unknown. This was taken at Corona Del Bar beach in California.

This image comes from a private collection. I've been unable to identify the photographer, but they seem to have been from Orange, California (or somewhere in that area of the USA). They obviously put a lot of love into creating snapshots.
