Since this listing doesn't include the steelbook, the CD soundtrack will be stored in a CD sleeve unrelated to Final Fantasy Type-0 HD for protection during shipping. The CD track list will be put into the front of the manga for protection.
Regarding the manga: I've taken pics of the manga with the dust jacket on and with it side-by-side the book. There's also a close-up shot of the small tear in the dust jacket; the book itself has no issues.
The promo art print does not fit inside the Collector's Edition box, so it will be put into a bubble-wrap envelope that will be included in the shipped package.
