3.    We are unable to guarantee the actual transit/delivery quality within Fastway Couriers or other postage providers; therefore, any lost item(s) or damage to the item(s) is NOT seller’s responsibility/fault.

4.  Postage insurance is already included in your purchase (up to $1,500 value). Seller will liaise to contact Fastway Couriers for claim

5.    The items are kept in a smoke and pet free home.

6.    All pictures are for illustration purposes only.

Shipping:

---Fixed shipping cost across major city of Australia. Postage/handling cost for the item are not refundable.

---Postage is mainly to cover Fastway Couriers or other postage provider postage cost, handling cost and packing materials cost (bubble wrap, packing paper and tape) used to pack your item. I prefer that you receive your item in the same condition as I packed it, not damaged while in transit. (note only: seller is NOT liable for any damage during transit within Fastway Couriers or other postage providers)

---Any lost item(s) or damage to the item(s) is NOT seller’s responsibility. Shipping insurance is already included, seller would liaise Fastway Couriers for claim.

---Tracking information will be provided after payment is made. Fastway Couriers may sometimes delay the delivery because of festive seasons, please be patient.

--"Signature required" function is already included to any Fastway Couriers consignment.

---No Local pick up, Sorry!!!

---I can also send items with ‘DO NOT SAFE DROP’ labels on your parcels, please request this when paying for your item(s). The parcel is returned to the nearest Fastway Couriers depot (usually the last on the delivery route for the contractor) if no one is home. A calling card should be left, with the name of the nearest depot to inform where you can collect your parcel. This is at no charge.

---Multiple items purchased, please request or wait for a combined invoice.

---Parcels will be posted in accordance with the order details created when checkout process is completed.

---Items paid by 8:00pm AEST (or AEDST) are generally posted within 24-48 hours, most the next day. The only exception is Saturday and Sunday. These will be posted on Monday. Please be advised that family and work commitments may delay posting your item(s).

Payment methods:

---Bank deposit is highly preferable, Paypal is also available.

---Winning bidder to make contact with me within 3 days of close of auction or pay within 7 days by Bank transfer or Paypal.

Additional note:

Due to the high number of non payment of item(s), payment for item(s) must be paid within seven (7) days. Failure to pay for item(s) within the seven (7) days, a Non Payment Case will be raised against and the item(s) re-listed.

Please note that 5% cancellation fee apply to all buyer for whom want to cancel a transaction on eBay after committed to purchase.

Any difficulties with payment for the item(s), please notify me within the seven (7) days.

Return policy:

Returned item must be in original box condition with all original accessories

***Any faults are to be reported within 24 hours after receiving goods, evidence needs to be shown for faults (e.g. photos)

***Refund is ONLY provided for item fault. Other reasons will not be accepted

***Any lost item(s) or damage to the item(s) is NOT seller’s responsibility, no replacement or refund. Item are the responsibility of the buyer once dispatched

***Shipping costs are not refundable

***Buyer is liable to pay all shipment cost in the case of refund
