Warranty
1. 30 days ROR (Right of refusal)
If the item is Dead-on-Arrival, we will replace or refund you all cost include shipping cost for both way.
If buyer returns the goods while the items work well, we will charge 12% of selling price as restocking charge.
Buyer also needs to pay shipping cost for both way.
2. 30 days Warranty
This warranty covers a repair cost including two-way shipping cost only for equipment's malfunction.
After examining and testing a returned product, we conclude that the product is not defective, or any fault caused by human error, the product will be returned at the buyer's cost and the buyer is charged a nominal examination and testing fee or the standard repair fee, whichever is less.
