Kathmandu Vintage Size 12 - 14 Leopard Print Peacoat 60s 70s Era Punk Rockabilly.

Lister Katmandu is a premium quality leopard-print faux fur produced by Listers of Bradford during the 1960s and ’70s and possibly into the 1980s. It is very resilient and doesn’t shed or dull with age if stored properly.

Listers manufactured silk and wool-based fabrics during the nineteenth century, but diversified into synthetic fabrics during the twentieth century. Listers’ faux fur was made up by tailors (like Glenn Models, London) into garments, which were then sold through department stores up and down the U.K.

This coat is in good condition for its age but there is some damage to the lining. See photos.
