Welcome to my 99 cent Plate Block sale!  

I'm offering United States Plate Blocks of 4 for commemorative, regular issue, airmail and back of book stamps issued between 1932 and 1984, the 3c issues through 1958, the 4c issues from '58 to '62, the 5c issues from '62 to '67, the 6c issues from '68 through '71, the 8c issues from '71 to through '73, the 10c issues from '74 and '75, the 13c issues from '76 to '78, the 15c issues from '78 to '80, the 18c issues of 1981, and finally the 20c issues from 1981 to 1984, plus airs, regular issues and BoB over the same period.  Most of the issues of this 50 year span are included in this sale!  

One price fits all!  All are 99c each regardless of catalog or face value.  

Centering and plate numbers are as pictured.  All of the plate blocks are mint, never hinged plate number blocks of 4.  The oversized 8-stamp, 10-stamp, and 12-stamp plate blocks of the '70's are not included in this sale.  

Here's the second part of the sale: Buy 15 to 29 plate blocks at the same time and the price drops to 85 cents per plate block. Buy 30 or more and the price drops to 75 cents per plate block.

Finally, the third part of the sale: Domestic shipping is also 99 cents for one or all.  No matter how many plate blocks you purchase at the same time from the 99 cent sale, the shipping will always be 99 cents.  Buy one plate block and the shipping is 99 cents.  Buy 100 plate blocks, shipping is still only 99 cents!  

PLEASE NOTE: because these are individual Buy-it-Now listings eBay will charge you 99 cents per plate block and 99 cents shipping per plate block.  I will send you an invoice for the total sales price with the multiple purchase discount and the single 99 cent shipping charge.  Please wait for the invoice before making your payment.

If you end up purchasing from my other listings, I'll add 99c to the combined shipping cost at most.
