The analog input module AS BADU 206 is for use on an A120 subrack. It is a four-channel module for analog input with opto-isolation. The job of the AS BADU 206 analog input unit is dual slope integrating as well as A/D conversions. This unit is charged with receiving analog input signals and converting them into digital values. It performs this based on the method of successive approximation. The Schneider Electric AS BADU 206 analog input module will only operate properly when used with an A984, E984, or Micro 512/612 controller.
