We accept payment through the eBay Payment System. This method represent the most secure way for you to pay for your purchase.
Payment is normally expected within 48 hours of purchase after this eBay will automatically send you reminder messages. If you need more time to complete the purchase, please contact us.
We aim to dispatch your item on the day of purchase, however, depending on the time of your transaction we cannot always guarantee to meet postal and courier deadlines. If this is the case your item will be dispatched on the next working day. If there any problems with dispatching your order within these timeframes we will contact you.
All items will be well packaged and sent using established companies - such as Royal Mail, ParcelForce, DPD, UK Mail, etc depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. In order to safeguard your purchase we do recommend that you selected a premium tracked service. If that is the case, your tracking information will be sent to you on the day of dispatch. If you are able to give us a mobile phone number almost all of our couriers will send you an SMS with an expected time of delivery and give you the option to re-arrange if the time does not suit you. Also, please be aware that it can be very useful for a courier driver to be able to call you if they cannot find your property.
Please do remember that once we have dispatched your items, the shipment is out of our control. We do provide an estimated delivery time and we aim to beat it, however sometimes there can be postal or courier delays which we cannot control. If you think your shipment is late, or lost, then please do contact us so that we can resolve the issue for you.
There are several shipping options to choose from when checking out, if you choose a non-tracked shipping option, it would be appreciated if you could not message after purchase requesting a tracking number.
For our overseas customers - import duties / tariffs may have to be paid depending on your country's rules - these costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All items can be returned (Between 14 and 30 days from date of purchase - please check listing for individual return periods). If you’d like to return an item please contact us through eBay’s messaging system. All returns but must be in their original condition and in the original packaging they were dispatched in.
Any refunds due will be processed once we have received and inspected the item.
We know that from time to time things go wrong. When they do, we always put them right. If there is a problem with your order, then please do let us know so that we can solve it. We always aim for good Feedback and we hope that we earn it.
With second user items (used / pre-owned) there may be signs of use - marks / scuffs / scratches / residual dust etc - this is cosmetic and to be expected. These do not effect the functionality of the product. If a product shows signs of excessive use, these details will be shown in the listing.
Most of the images are of the actual product for sale. However for listings where there are multiple products for sale will only represent what is being offered for sale. It will be an accurate representation - same condition, part number etc. We do also use some of our stock photos. You are welcome to contact us through the eBay messaging system, if you would like images of the actual item for sale.
