Manchoukuo / Manchukuo was a Japanese puppet-state in Manchuria, China from 1932-1945.

Due to wartime shortages and inflationary pressures, in 1944 and 1945 Manchukuo issued 1 and 5 Fen coins made of what the "Standard Catalog of World Coins" describes as "red or brown fiber", resembling cardboard. These are a rare example of non-metallic circulating legal tender coins.

5 Fen coins from year 12 (1945) is considered a rare date.

In general, the price for an international package is around $16.  It may cost a lot less for people in other countries to send the same package to me, but that is my cost from where I am.  There may also be a problem with with eBay combining postage when buying multiple coins.   Postage to most international locations should be the same for one coin or multiple coins.  It doesn't matter how many coins in the shipment, the postage should be pretty much the same as for one coin.  If it is significantly higher, then ask for an invoice with combined postage and I will provide one.
