eXtreme Comfort Cool Comfort Hand Tufted Memory Foam with Spring Mattress
This Memory Foam Sprung cool touch grey tufted mattress has 8 individual comfort layers, carefully hand-tufted tufts. Designed with a deep layer of next-generation open-cell Memory Foam which allows airflow circulation.
With an 8" deep base, the mattress has a 13.5-gauge open coil spring unit. It has a quilted breathable border. Designed single-sided, simply rotate every so often to keep it in pristine condition.
Delivered vacuum packed, rolled, and boxed for the convenience of the customer making it a much more environmentally friendly way.

Deliveries
We use our third-party courier service for our deliveries, who will deliver any time between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday. We will only deliver to the address provided through checkout. Address change request via messages or notes are not acceptable and cannot be changed by us due to seller rules and regulations.
Please be aware that multiple item orders may not all arrive on the same day.
Delivery dates are given estimates.
Returns
This purchase is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Should you wish to cancel your purchase for any reason, please contact us through eBay within 30 days.
The cost of return is your responsibility under these circumstances and can be expensive for large/bulky products, please ensure you have checked the sizes you need before placing your order.
Mattresses that have been slept on are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
For faulty items, or where we have sent the wrong item, we will either pay for the return, refund or replace at our discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Rolled Mattresses
The majority of our mattresses are compressed, vacuum packed, rolled and boxed for ease of handling and delivery. Rolled mattresses will need several hours to air to size in a dry, well-ventilated room prior to use. Please note that for best results, mattresses should be opened within 7 days of receipt.
Memory Foam and Foam Products.
Please be aware that new foams have a distinctive odour like fresh paint or a new car. This harmless odour usually dissipates once the product has acclimatized to your home, though this may take several days of airing. There are plenty of tips for dealing with this on the internet should it linger.
