Unopened Budweiser Can w tShirt inside or possibly something else Collectible.

This great advertisement piece is still intact but with some surface scratches and some minor wear and tear. I don’t know what is inside the can. My best guess is that it’s a T Shirt but I don’t know. Nor do I know what size it is. I do know that this item was for sale at Sears in the past.
