Breathtaking vintage Oscar de la Renta top from the late 1970s/early 1980s. A top so beautiful, it is sure to steal you heart and the show! Black silk velvet with a fitted bodice, nipped waist and peplum. A million layers of lace create dramatic, extravagant statement sleeves that are absolutely unreal. Hook and eye frontside closure concealed by layers of lace trim that also span bottom, the center, and wrap the bust and collar. Head over heels for this one!

Condition: Excellent overall condition. Some marks here and there to the velvet that are only noticed under certain lights, and under inspection. There is a strip between the bodice and waist that is a slightly different color and seems like it could've been added after, but it's very well done and not noticeable when worn. Soiling to the label. Priced accordingly.

We do not allow returns or exchanges for items that do not fit. Please read the item description and measurements carefully prior to bidding. Keep in mind that vintage marked sizes run differently than modern sizes. To ensure a proper fit, measure a similar item in your closet that fits you well, and compare it with the measurements in the listing.

All items are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS or UPS. In order to keep costs as low as possible for the buyer, we will ship the most economic way available. Some international shipments MUST ship USPS Priority or UPS in order to have verifiable tracking, and the listing will reflect this cost.
