Please read the following terms carefully before you place preorder.

• Shipping, Tax & Custom

All package is shipped from our store in China via China Post or SF-express, all shipment comes with tracking. We would not be able to provide alternative shipping method.

We will do our best to provide economic shipping, actual shipping cost will be calculated when product is released and based on customer’s shipping address.

Shipping period can vary from 4-8 weeks depending on location and postal service, we have no control over when it arrives or how long it clears custom, We are not liable for delays after shipping.

Customer is responsible for any custom fee and tax. We would not be able to claim a lesser value of the product to avoid custom fee.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. Should a postal refund is issued to us, we can refund you. We would not be able to issue refund to customer larger than the amount refunded to us by post office.

• Return & After-Sale Service

We will open and examine each figure before shipping to oversea customers to make sure you receive everything right, if there is missing or damaged parts due to a mistake on our part, we will ship replacement via economic shipping and pay shipping charges. All claims of missing or damaged parts must be addressed within 24h of successful delivery (Due to the detail and fragile parts of 1/6 items we will not be responsible for customer’s mishandle.)

Due to the high value of the product and shipping cost, we do not accept returns.
