Shipping & Returns

• Items are shipped in 1-2 business days. Excluding weekends and holidays. 
• Shipping cost is expensive, and it goes up every year.  There's nothing I can do about it. 
• International buyers are responsible for all customs fees or VAT.
• Returns are accepted for most items. All returns must be received in the condition they are shipped out in. 
• To reduce waste I don't provide a packing slip, but I can send one upon request.
