I have just received my replacement Vizio 58" TV.
Problem is I already purchased a new TV and do not need this one anymore.
Here is why:
I purchased the original 58" Vizio at Costco on Feb. 22, 2020.
It went out on me in December 2022. It was still under warranty, so I called into Costco customer service and was told that I had to wait for someone from Vizio to schedule a service call, which could be up to 2 weeks.
I needed a TV right away for the upcoming holidays, so I purchased a new TV. Once I set up a service call for the old Vizio, I was told that it would be replace and there was no refund (which I thought was going to happen).
So, long story short, the new Vizio was delivered Tuesday. They took the old one back and put it in the box.
That is why I don't have the new TV box anymore. I did enjoy my original Vizio TV. I just don't need this new one.
