DISPATCH
We always aim to dispatch order within 24 hour, (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders are dispatched from our UK based warehouse between Monday and Friday.
All orders placed before 12.30pm will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders received after 12.30pm or on weekends will be dispatched on next working day.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are made between Mondays and Friday 7am-6pm by our contracted couriers.
It normally takes 2 working days for UK customers. We will provide tracking number for your parcel so you can track the progress online.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days in unused and undamaged condition and in original packaging. Any damage that occurs during the returns process may affect your refund.
