Amazing book, I would rate the condition as a 9.75 out of 10.  Maybe flipped through once or twice.  The poster is included, but I did not want to pull it out of the sleeve completely as it appears untouched (last photo).  The book will be sealed in shrink wrap and very well packaged for shipping.  Don't miss out, this book is very hard to find and sold out immediately when released.  Photos show the exact book you will receive.
