Free standard shipping and returns in the UK.

We also offer the Royal Mail guaranteed next-day delivery service in the UK for an extra charge depending on weight.

Import Duty
European Union: No duty in France, Germany, Belgium, Austria & EU countries. All other European countries outside the EU pay their own duty.
US Customers: NO IMPORT DUTY under US$800.00.
Canadian Customers: Duty starts at C$20.00 and the Canadian Customs Department charge an C$8.95 admin fee.
Rest of The World: Please check with your own tax and import departments on how much you will have to pay.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of shipping
Return cost: In USA, Canada, Germany, France, Austria & Belgium returns are free. Everywhere else you pay the return cost.
Exchanges: We do not exchange items. If you need to return an item request a return in eBay. If this is not possible contact us. When the item has been shipped contact us through eBay messages with an image of the shipping receipt or the tracking number and shipping company used. We will then refund you and you can buy again
