We ship most orders within 1 business day. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
Shipments will arrive in a plain unbranded padded envelope.

We ship from Dallas Texas and most packages will arrive within 5-7 business days.

A tracking # will be emailed to you once the package has been shipped.

Please allow 1-2 days for the tracking # to scan into the system before tracking updates will start.

Returns will be accepted for unused items within 30 days of delivery of item.
We will handle the return shipping if the item is not to your satisfaction.
If you ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange for a different size you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

How to select the correct angle 
If your joint is standing straight up - go with the 90 degrees
if your joint is pointing up and away from you - go with 45 degrees

Joint Measuring guide
Take the joint and measure the widest part of the joint.
If it is a female you are measuring - measure the top of the opening.
If it is a male joint, measure the bottom of the joint(widest part).
