This is a neat little toy Transformers figure. It's part of the new 2018 Cyberverse line by Hasbro. It's Megatron. This particular figure is roughly 3.5 inches tall. 

Megatron can transform in 4 steps. 

There's some light general wear to the packaging and the seal is loose on the right side (picture #3). There's a little edge wear (pictures #4 and #5).
