Standard: (Depot) Diagnosis & repair at Lenovo Service; a box is delivered to your place for packing & shipping the machine to Lenovo; the turnaround is ~ two weeks given parts are available. Faults/damage due to accidents are not covered. 1 Yr Standard Warranty is always included.

On-site: Diagnosis over the phone with a service technician arriving to your place to carry the repair. The turnaround is a couple of days given the required parts are available. Faults/damage due to accidents are not covered. Upgrade from 1 Yr Standard to 3 Yrs On-site is $250 - $350.

Premier: Top-tier support w/ Next Business Day On-site service and prioritized parts and labour, advanced phone support by Lenovo engineers, including unscripted trouble-shooting and software support. Upgrade from 1 Yr Standard to 3 Yrs Premier is $350 - $450.

The product is a new ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 10 21CB/21CC in the original Lenovo packaging with Lenovo Premier Warranty for On-site service, Parts and Labor, including Accidental Damage Protection, until 31 Jan. 2027.

Payment & Mode of Delivery:

For mail orders we only accept Direct Bank Deposit & PayPal. Please make sure your PayPal account is verified before paying with PayPal, otherwise it will delay the payment process (check with PayPal how to verify your account).

NOTE: Pick-up is available, if and only if the buyer pays in cash on pick-up or via Direct Deposit .
