Standard: (Depot): Diagnosis & repair at Lenovo Service; a box is delivered to your place for packing & shipping the machine to Lenovo; the turnaround is ~ two weeks given parts are available. Faults/damage due to accidents are not covered. 1 Yr Standard Warranty is always included.

On-site: Diagnosis over the phone with a service technician arriving to your place to carry the repair. The turnaround is a couple of days given the required parts are available. Faults/damage due to accidents are not covered.

Accidental Damage Protection: (ADP) An upgrade providing additional cover for faults/damage caused by accidents. Available for new systems only within 90 days of purchase; 3 Years upgrade is $230-$270.

Payment & Mode of Delivery:

  1. For mail orders we only accept Direct Bank Deposit & PayPal. Please make sure your PayPal account is verified before paying with PayPal, otherwise it will delay the payment process (check with PayPal how to verify your account).

    NOTE: Pick-up is available, if and only if the buyer pays in cash on pick-up or via Direct Deposit . Payments received via PayPal are covered by the PayPal Buyer/Seller Protection and require delivery via a shipping service with both "Tracking" and "Signature On Delivery" and therefore no pick-up is offered with payment with PayPal.

Shipping:
