Dad was like the Energizer Bunny when it came to Red Cross stuff.....

This offering is an American Red Cross, small, white, "Volunteer" lapel pin with a 1-year tab.  The pin is enamel with intact clutch back style pin.  It measures 1/2" in diameter.  The pin is white enamel with gold trim and the word "Volunteer" in the bottom of the border.  The red cross is in the center.  This style of volunteer pin is the only one that does not say "American Red Cross" in the border.  There is a small, shield-shaped, white enamel, removable tab (dangle) with a "1" on it (indicating years of service).
Other than slight wear, the pin is in very good condition.  Can't guarantee the clutches are original, but the pins definitely are.  This style was first produced starting in 1964.

I have tried to describe any issues with this item as much as possible.  I can post additional photos upon request and will try to answer any questions you might have that weren't addressed above.  If you want to purchase more than one item, let me know and I will wait until your purchases are complete, then I will send a single invoice with one shipping charge.
