For Sale is this 1969-70 White-Winged Scoters FRANKLIN MINT STERLING SILVER OFFICIAL DUCK STAMPS OF AMERICA as shown in the photos.  This is Sterling silver with a Gold Electroplating.  These were produced by the Franklin Mint in 1983.  the date and the composition is shown in the close up photos.  Quite Rare and hard to find.  I will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases, just request total PRIOR to payment.
