Cutting service:

We offer a basic cutting service, charges may apply.

 Please note, we do not recommend cutting the Mixed Hardwood boards further than into half-board sections. If you require more intricate cutting, we recommend the High Quality Poplar.

We can be tricky to find – coming from Newtons Lane, we’re past the football ground, on the left after the traffic lights. Our signs should point you in the right direction but if you have any issues, give us a call.

 

Delivery:

We operate a busy delivery schedule, if you have any specific requirements in terms of time please call our office and speak to a member of the sales team.

 

Postage: We are unable to use external couriers, due to issues in the past. If you think you might be too far afield for delivery, please give us a call or email and we’ll see if we can help.

 

Opening Hours:

Monday – Friday*: 8am - 4.30pm

Saturday: 8am - 12pm

 

*Please note we close on bank holiday Mondays.

 

Payment:

Payment can be made in advance by PayPal or BACS. Otherwise we accept cash and card in our shop, or when delivering.

*Please note – goods will not be left on site without receipt of payment.

Returns:

Should there be any faults with the materials you purchase from us, please send over all details with any supporting photographs and a member of our team will be in contact to go through our returns procedure. Please note, we will not accept any returns of the Mixed Hardwood phenolic if it has delaminated when cut into more pieces than half-boards. We will accept returns on the High Quality Poplar if it delaminates after any cutting.
