These boards were manufactured by JLCPCB in beautiful ENIG blue. They were designed by John "Chucky" Hertell to replace dead Amiga 1200 PCBs by transplanting the custom Amiga chips onto a new and improved PCB and then populating most of the rest of the components with off-the-shelf parts.

Improvements to the original are as follows;
  • Composite Video area changed, introducing a new decoder for improved quality and also S-Video,
  • VGA Connector added. This supports native frequencies only, for example, 15 KHz,
  • A Kickstart switch built in,
  • PCMCIA Reset fix,
  • Optional onboard LEDs,
  • Optional IRQ7 Switch.
To build a working A1200 using these boards of course requires the technical skills to do so and I offer no technical help as part of the sale. I would however suggest googling Chucky's wordpress site and following his guide. This allows you to test it as you build rather than populating the whole PCB and hoping for the best. The 8-bit manshed on YouTube has also recently started a series about building one of these PCBs which you may find helpful as well.
These also wouldn't look out of place as a piece of wall art for the retro enthusiast.
