A vintage Chanel brown shearling tote by the one and only, Karl Lagerfeld. This unique piece features antiquated gold tone hardware, dual shoulder straps, and turn lock closure at the front. Its fuzzy details gives it a cozy feel that makes it perfect for chilly weather.

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Majority of the luxury items for sale go through a rigorous authentication process through Entrupy's Luxury Authentication solution, a state-of-the-art authentication service that combines both AI software and professional authenticators to review each item. By using an objective, scientifically-proven approach, this service ensures that whenever possible, purchases made through my store have been certified authentic. When applicable, it also goes through a secondary authentication process through eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee program.

For the luxury items that Entrupy’s solution does not provide authentication services for, either original tags and/or receipts of purchase for those items from retail locations are displayed in the listing. 

For the more casual and/or lower priced items for sale, they are examined personally in scrutinizing detail for authenticity. Multiple factors are taken into consideration, including--but not limited to--stitching, quality, tags, style, and other unique identifiers.

Can I return or cancel my order?

In order to meet demand and given the nature of sourcing inventory, all sales are final. Please be sure to review all pictures and ask any questions prior to making a purchase.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped via USPS. I ship domestically with standard rates applying. 

Can I pick up my item locally?

You may pick up your item in Los Angeles, California. Pick up is available Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm by appointment only. Please send a direct message to make an appointment and wait for confirmation to ensure availability to deliver your order. 

Where are your products sourced?

I source my products from a variety of places that include consignment shops, specialty vendors, and online third-party platforms. 

How can I tell the item's condition?

I strive to be as detailed as possible when describing products. I am happy to provide additional information and/or pictures upon request. Please keep in mind I specialize in pre-loved designer items which can range from “New” to “Fair” condition. The guide is as follows:

• New: Never been used, new with tags or without tags

• Excellent: Lightly used, with very little wear

• Great: Minor signs of wear, to be noted in the description or photos

• Good: Moderate signs of wear, to be noted in the description or photos

• Fair: Obvious flaws or signs of wear, to be noted in the description or photos

Do you accept payments outside of the website?

If your preferred payment option is not available, I accept payments through Zelle or Venmo. Please send a direct message to complete your order.

Do you offer payment plans?

Not at this time. Payment plans are typically available via. your credit card provider for larger transactions.
