The clock has vintage character due to age. No chips, cracks or repairs to glass. I am uncertain if the clock has been restored but it does not have any objective indications that it was restored. Because the clock has no second's hand, not designed with a second's hand, I fast-forwarded the uploaded video by 300% to clearly demonstrate that the minute-hand moves and the clock is in working condition.
My nephew claims to hear a low humming from the clock, I do not hear anything. I turned audio off in the uploaded video (to exclude all the background noises/fidgeting).
There is no visible fraying or damage to the power cord. However, as with all electric vintage items that I sell, I encourage buyers to have a professional examine the wiring for any faults.
