This vintage crinoline petticoat half slip from Marks & Spencer's St Michael label is made of nylon. The top part is satiny and the three bottom layers are stiff, trimmed with lace at the hem. The marked size is to fit hips 36-39", but to ensure a good fit please refer to the measurements below, taken with the garment laid flat and doubled where appropriate:
