This is a beautiful piece with nicely detailed white flowers painted on one side. It’s unmarked, and I think it’s by Moser based on the quality and the style of the handle. The ground pontil on the bottom has a couple of chips right around it, and there are some other light scratches around the bottom like you normally see. There are very few marks on the side, with the biggest scratch pointed out in a photo. The most visible flaw is a 1/2” tall popped air bubble on the surface of the inside, and there is an interesting glass void when the fluted handle was added.
