1) Customs
To ensure you have low customs duties, “LAMP $10 PER PC” will be shown on invoice when delivery.
If you have any requirements of the value, let us know timely.

2) Warranty
180 days from the date of receive.
If lamp doesn’t work within warranty, please send it to us first, then a new one will be offered to you for free after we get old lamp.
Buyer and seller pay shipping cost separately by self..
All man-made damage are outside the free warranty
3) Dispute
We don’t accept dispute of the slow delivery if you choose China Post or EMS when place order.
If you need fast delivery, there are DHL/ FEDEX/ UPS/ TNT etc.
We accept PayPal as the only payment method. All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor Paypal. We can’t accept any other payment method.
Please make sure you can pay us via PayPal before you buy, thanks.
We use DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS, EUB, Post Air Mail or etc to ship out the item.
- The goods will be sent out within 2 days after order accepted. (Unless special circumstances we will delay the time)
- The tracking number will be submitted to you online in time and you can trace the item online.
- For international shipments, We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your product.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. We only handle the shipping.
- The freight does NOT cover the extra fees to the remote region. It is better to confirm with us before order. If your place is remote area we have the right to send you by EMS or Post air mail. If your country belong to DHL Express Courier, but you are remote area, we have the right to send to you via EMS.

We accept returns or exchanges for unused or unopened items within 30 days of delivery date.
Your return or exchange request will be fulfilled accordingly as following situations.
- Damaged or defective items upon delivery: Return for refund or exchange, all extra shipping fees on us.
- Wrong item received: Return for refund or exchange, all extra shipping fees on us.
- Items you don't like or need: Return for refund, original and return shipping fees on buyer, 10% restocking fee of item's price will be charged. Please contact us via eBay message as soon as possible if something wrong with your order(s). You may need to take pictures or videos of damaged or defective items if necessary.
