This was traded-in to me for an Apple Mac Book Pro. The user was familiar with a Mac and barely used it. I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 with a local log-in,and all the updates. Microsoft Office 2019 Pro Plus is installed and activated! It has 8 GB DDR3 ram, Perfect touchscreen, and AMD R6 Graphics. All connections and the cooling fan were freshly cleaned. I have no idea how the inside hinge covers were removed, but this does not affect the proper operation at all. This comes with a 90 day warranty and a new battery charger.
