I usually go to the post office every other day so you shouldn't have to wait long.

All items are insured! Do not worry if they get lost, simply contact me and I will help.

Lost Package: If there are tracking issues, try to wait a few days to see if it shows up. I do not refund for lost items sooner than 2 weeks from the shipping date. Contacting me after 2 weeks is the best method for quick results.

Damaged or issue with card condition: Send me a picture so I can file a claim in case it was damaged on shipping and I may be able to issue a refund or replacement.

Missing cards: I’m not perfect and if your order is incorrect or missing cards, let me know so I can do my best to fix it.
