McDonald's started offering its Happy Meal kids meal in Halloween-themed buckets in 1986.  This particular bucket is from 2011 and is complete with bucket, handle and stickers.  It's an orange bucket with a cute black cat handle and glow-in-the-dark stickers to design your own Halloween pail.  The handle can also be used as a mask for trick-or-treating.  Since they were first introduced back in 1986, they have been a collector's item.
