So, our general recommendation for first-time users of these ingredients is to use this in combination with other flour, batter, and dough.


It can be used along with millet flour to make porridge – with or without milk. Adding a sweetener, fruits and nuts rounds it up to a hearty filling breakfast dish. It can be added in small quantities to chapati dough and idli, dosa batter to add fibre to your meals. Desserts such as barfi, and halwa taste amazing especially when made along with another one of the tree’s produce – Palmyra Jaggery.
