Nice high grade 1931 shilling. Has some scratches on obverse/reverse consistent with a circulated XF coin. No wear to high point on harp body and strings, but top of strings look a bit flat similar to weak strike. High points of Bull look complete. Overall a decent XF to AU early Irish coin
